| Do weldless fittings really work? |

| Yes! I personally have been using weldless connnections for months with zero problems. They are exposed to the same temperatures that the wort is, so they remain sanitized. If installed properly, they can even be wiggled with no leaks. The key is to use plenty of thread tape, and don't over-tighten and crush your o-rings. |
| Are they as good as welded fittings? |

| That is a great topic of debate. Weldless fittings are a great option for someone who does not have access to a quality stainless welder, or for someone who does not want to pay what it costs to have stainless properly welded. They can be installed in minutes with a minimal of tools (usually a drill, thread tape and sometimes a wrench) and will provide many happy, leak free brew sessions. |
| What is the advantage to your kits? |

First, all of our bulkhead kits are comprised entirely of stainless steel. We do not use brass components like some other kits. This allows maximum durability and quality for the user. Secondly, all of our kits are packaged with detailed, unique pictoral instructions that walks the user through the simple installation process. |

| We ship 100% Priority Mail. All domestic orders ship for $4.95, no matter how big or small. International orders typically ship for $12.95 USD. |
| How long until my order ships? |

| We ship Monday through Saturday. If your order is placed by noon (Central Standard Time), it will typically go out that day. Orders placed after noon will go out the next shipping day. You will receive a shipping notice email when your item is packaged to go out. |

| Check your PayPal receipt--if there is a date of December 31, 1969 and a Transaction ID of 0, then your payment did not go through. There is a bug in PayPal's processing system that can affect your payment. We are working with PayPal to figure this out. |
