Kettle Fittings
All fittings on this page are designed to be mounted inside of a boil kettle, or thinner walled MLT or HLT.
| Kettle Bulkhead |
| Our basic bulkhead. Allows you to create a basic threaded connection for attaching an external ball valve or other fitting to your kettle or similar vessel such as converted kegs. Includes a stainless coupler on the inside for attaching a dip tube, braid, etc. Features all stainless hardware, hi-temp o-rings to stand up to constant use, and a special machined locknut that provides a lip to hold the exterior o-ring in place as it's tighened, preventing damage to the o-ring and leaks. Add a ball valve and a hose barb for increased savings! |

| Stainless Dip Tubes |
Introducing our new stainless dip tubes! These are designed to fit a standard bulkhead installed in a converted Sankey Keggle. Features 304 Stainless 1/2" OD tubing with a professional 90 degree bend. Add a stainless Swagelok tube adapter to install to our standard coupler included with the kettle bulkhead kit. Custom sizes can be bent to your needs, just email us for a quote.
Note: Please select the bulkhead you have in your Sankey, as it will affect the length of the dip tube. |

| Kettle Sight Glass Elbow Connection |
| Our sight glass features 1/2" MPT connections to mount to your boil kettle or other vessel. This allows the user the ability to use one size coupling and hole size on their kettles. The 1/2" opening also helps prevent clogging from to hop pellets and hot break. The sight glass is polycarbonate tube, shipped at 20" lengths which can be cut (with a hacksaw) to your specific length. Made entirely of stainless componets to last for a lifetime. We also include several extra o-rings to use as level indicators on the sight glass. |

| Now you can add one of our quality sightglass and a thermometer with one fitting. Using high quality, stainless 1/2" MPT connections to mount to your boil kettle or other vessel, you can screw in a thermometer with a 1/2" MPT connection to the end of the tee. One hole to drill, two problems solved. The 1/2" opening also helps prevent clogging from to hop pellets and hot break. The sight glass is polycarbonate tube, shipped at 20" lengths which can be cut (with a hacksaw) to your specific length. Made entirely of stainless componets to last for a lifetime. | Weldless Thermometer Adapter |
Our Weldless Thermometer Adapter Kit includes all the hardware you need to install a 1/2" MPT thermometer into your boil kettle, mash tun, or hot liquor tank. Installation is similar to all of our other fittings kits. Add a thermometer to the kit for a combo pricing discount.
Note: These kits will not come with a grooved locknut. The included locknut will seat onto the thermometer threads better. |

| Finally a weldless solution for those wanting to go all electric. The kit features a quality machined machined 1" locknut and a high temp silicon o-ring. Designed to mount a standard hot water heater element (available at your local home improvement store) into your thinner walled metal vessel. |
